Harbor City Church Family,
As you may know by now, with Coronavirus (COVID-19) spreading in our nation and especially our area, local officials have announced a Stay-at-Home order. As a church, we believe in the importance of social distancing for your health and the health of those around you.
While this virus has significantly changed our daily lives, it doesn’t have to negatively impact our spiritual lives.
We’re excited to announce that we are moving all Harbor City Church services online.
As we say all the time, church is not a building, or an event, it is a people. Therefore, we invite you to join us live at: 9am and/or 11am on our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/harborcitybalt or visit our Online Church Campus to find a service time that works best for your schedule at https://harborcitymd.online.church/.
We invite you to tune in, chat, and send us prayer requests, during each of those live online church services.
Church Update August 22, 2020
The team at Harbor City Church is currently working to reopen for in person services in September. Exact dates and info on how to attend will follow as decisions are finalized. We miss everyone and look forward to seeing you soon!
Church Update September 15, 2020
We’re so excited to see everyone for our first in person watch party gathering on Sunday, September 20th. Due to COVID social distancing regulations, seating will be limited so we’ve set up a registration page so that you can save your seats!
For the time being, we will not be hosting children’s services or have nursery rooms available for use. However, we will continue to stream our church services online so that parent’s with small children can still enjoy services safely from home.
All attendees will be required to wear masks during the duration of the watch party and hand sanitizer stations are available for your convenience.
When you arrive for a Sunday gathering at church, you will be assisted in checking in, completing a COVID screening, and have the opportunity to grab a color coded badge based on your social distancing comfort level.
Church Update December 16, 2020
In accordance with the newest county regulations, in person church services reach capacity at 33% of our total building limit. We are still holding in person Sunday morning church services at 10:30am and online services at 9am and 11am EST.
To ensure we don’t have attendance rates over the current allowed amount, we have set up a weekly registration page which open each Monday morning and closes every Friday night at midnight.
Church Update March 30, 2021
In accordance with the newest county regulations, in person church services reach capacity at 50% of our total building limit. We are continuing to follow social distancing regulations for seating and check-in so we ask that you register beforehand to ensure we have enough distanced seating for everyone.
Should seating be available, we can now accept walk in attendees but still recommend registering to ensure there is space.
Church Update May 15, 2021
Social distancing regulations for the county have been lifted. Registration for church services is no longer required but masks must still be worn inside the building during services. We will continue to provide a section of socially distanced seating for those continuing to be cautious.
Church Update May 29, 2021
Governor Larry Hogan announced the statewide face mask mandate has ended. In accordance with that, wearing a face mask for the duration of the church service is up to attendees and self seating has resumed. We provide a section of socially distanced seating for anyone who would like to continue socially distancing.
